Shipping & Returns (in short)

Club HUG ships worldwide. Depending on the time of order and the destination of shipment, arrival can vary between one to five business days. Please connect with us if you feel the order is not handled in time.

You can return your ordered item(s) that are not worn and washed, with the labels attached and in their original package within 14 days. You can return the item(s) in person or by post. Please note that return costs are on your own account.

  1. Download and fill out the return form, without this form we are not able to accept your return.
  2. Return ordered item(s) in person or by post at our office (Nieuwzijds Voorburgwal 340, 1012RX Amsterdam). The item(s) must be clean, not be worn and washed, with the labels attached and in the original package.
  3. Receive confirmation, by mail or by phone, once item is returned at our office and we organized a follow-up.

Shipping and prices

Club HUG ships worldwide. Upon dispatch your parcel will arrive in one to five business days, depending on the shipping method and the destination, unless it was agreed otherwise. Please be aware that, during Holidays, handling and shipping may take longer than originally advertised

Product prices are shown inclusive of the Netherlands sales tax (21% VAT). Product prices are shown exclusive of customs duties. Please note that turnover tax on imports, customs duties as well as handling costs will be invocived separately for each individual country. For details regarding taxes and duties in your country, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] . Please note that the customers bears any possible foreign bank charges.

Custom duties, sales tax on imports and handling costs will not be refunded in case of a return. Shipping costs are subject to courier calculated prices.

 

Right to return

As a customer, you may return ordered items without indicating reasons within a period of 14 days after receiving the order. The item(s) must be clean, not be worn and washed, with the labels attached and in the original package. When returning goods, the customer bears the shipping costs unless agreed otherwise. Agreements on the latter are only valid in case of a confirmation in writing (letter or email) from Club HUG to the customer. Exchanges of products are based on stock availability. Please read the steps below to succesfully return or exchange a product:

  1. Download and fill out the return form, without this form we are not able to accept your return.
  2. Return ordered item in person or by post at our office (Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 340, 1012RX, Amsterdam). Items must be in same state as received, i.e. clean, not be worn and washed, with the labels attached and in original package.
  3. Receive confirmation, by mail or by phone, once item is returned at our office and we organized a follow-up.

 

Consequences of a return

In case of an effective return any payments received or, if applicable, any benefits achieved by use of the goods must be returned by both parties. In the event that the goods have deteriorated or for use (i.e. benefits from use) that cannot be reimbursed fully or partially, or only in an impaired condition, you will have to pay an appropriate compensation.

You will only have to pay compensation for a deterioration of the goods or for any benefits achieved, if the use or the deterioration is the result of handling the merchandise in a way that exceeds the assessment of its attributes or functionality. “Assessment of attributes or functionality” is defined as testing and trying out the respective merchandise, as it is possible and common in a shop. Obligations with regard to the refund of payments must be met within 30 days. For you this period begins with the dispatch of the merchandise or the send date of the return request, for us with the receipt.

The costs of your order will be charged to your credit card or bank account. In case of a return, your relevant card or bank account will be credited. However, any losses that are caused by currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
