What is Club HUG?
Club HUG is a platform that promotes offline connection. We bring people together. We launch initiatives and we promote our philosophy through clothes. We only have one rule: meeting a fellow club-member requires a hug. That's it! Join the club, spread the hug.
Who is behind Club HUG?
Club HUG is an initiative by Joep ten Hove and Thijs Meeuwsen (renowned producers from FRITS media productions) and fulltime teddybear and circular economist Wouter de Waart. Three friends that believe true connection happens offline, without filters. Club HUG is their way of sharing this philosophy with anyone who likes to hear (and wear) it.
What about the clothes?
For three non-fashion guru's, the clothing industry can be a bit complex. To stay focused, we determined three core values to comply with at all times: quality, fairness and environmentally friendly. As a result, all Club HUG items are produced by carefully selected production facilities in Portugal. The cotton we use is 100% organic and all factories comply with EU-guidelines on fair and safe labour. Want to know more? Connect with us!
