All Club HUG items are sold online in the webshop, accessible worldwide. Our headquarter is located at the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 340 in Amsterdam. Feel free to drop by and exchange the Club HUG neck-coupon for a cold drink. Since our headquarter is an office and not a shop, we do not sell clothes from here.
Where do Club HUG items come from?
We care about quality, fairness and the environment and carefully selected our partners based on these core values. The cotton we use is 100% organic, the heaviest in its kind. Production take place in Portugal, in factories that comply with EU-guidelines on fair and safe labour and that commit to environment-friendly production processes. Want to know more? Why this price?
We can't stress it enough: we think quality, fairness and the environment are key values. These values come with a price tag. All clothes are produced in Portugese factories that comply with EU-guidelines and ethics like a safe working environment, a fair wage and most important: no child labour. These conditions are reflected in the listed price.
What's the thing with the free drink?
Being the proud owner of a Club HUG shirt or hoodie, you might find yourself wandering what this thing in your neck is for. Well, in order to promote the offline connection, we provided all our shirts and hoodie with an extra neck-coupon resembling a free drink. This coupon can be exchange for a cold drink at our headquarter (Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 340) or whenever you run into one of the three founding friends Thijs, Wouter or Joep.
How do I return a product?
If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to help you find the right Club HUG item! In order to succesfully return a product, please follow the steps below:
- Download and fill out the Club HUG return form, without this form we are not able to accept your return.
- Return ordered item(s) in person or by post at the Club HUG office (Nieuwzijds Voorburgwal 340, 1012RX Amsterdam). The item(s) must be clean, not be worn and washed, with the labels attached and in the original package.
- Receive confirmation, by mail or by phone, once item is returned at our office and a new product is dispatched (or money is refunded).
