  • Where does Club HUG stands for?

    Club HUG is about connection, offline connection. In a world in which people live their solitary life more and more online, Club HUG is here to support real-life moments of connection. A smile to a stranger, greeting a fellow traveler, a simple HUG. Wearing our clothes makes you a special kind of human. The kind that is able to connect, no matter the distance. One simple rule: meeting a fellow Club HUG member means a HUG. That’s it. Join the club, embrace the HUG.

  • Where is the Club HUG clothing produced?

    At Club HUG, we care about quality, about fairness and about the environment. We carefully selected our partners based on these core values. The cotton we use is 100% organic, premium quality. The Club HUG shirts and hoodies are produced in Portugal, in factories that comply with EU-guidelines on fair and safe labour and that commit to environment-friendly production processes.

  • How do I return a product?

    If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to help you find the right Club HUG item! In order to succesfully return a product, please follow the steps below: 

    1. Download and fill out the Club HUG return form, without this form we are not able to accept your return.
    2. Return ordered item(s) in person or by post at the Club HUG office (Nieuwzijds Voorburgwal 340, 1012RX Amsterdam). The item(s) must be clean, not be worn and washed, with the labels attached and in the original package.
    3. Receive confirmation, by mail or by phone, once item is returned at our office and a new product is dispatched (or money is refunded).
